Returns
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number for a refund follow these steps: Find the item in My Pricetronic under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return. All returns require an RMA# on the label. If an item is returned to our facility without a RMA# it will be refused.
All returns must be in brand new condition and be packed with all contents which came with the original package including all the tags (if applicable). Retail box cannot be used as a shipping box.
