Just extend and give it a good twist to lock it down. EZGIG® tines can be individually replaced in Seconds! We designed it this way so you don?t have to replace the whole gig, saving you both time and money! DIRECTIONS TO CHANGE/ADJUST OR REPLACE YOUR TINES BEFORE USING YOUR NEW EZGIG® : 1. Use an Allen Wrench to loosen the set screw - Insert the Wrench into opening opposite set screw 2. Loosen screw by rotating 2 Full Turns Counter Clockwise (DO NOT Back Out All The Way) 3. I nsert New tine or Adjust the length of existing tine 4. Tighten Set Screw to Secure Tine in Gig Body *Not recommended for fish larger than approx. 1#
