Antique Four Draw Brass Telescope 15X 30X Tel Sig Signalling telescope, we do not see any markings on this other than the 30x & 15x engraved on the lenses. Tel Sig series telescopes were used by British Army Signalling regiments during WW1. Four draws in very good clean condition, the draw tubes being dent free, and the leatherwork is undamaged with stitching intact. It comes with interchangeable eyepiece lenses one marked 30X and the other 15X. The lens not in use is attached to the carrying strap in its own leather case, ready to be changed when out in the field. All lenses are free from any damage, and the telescope fully disassembles for easy access to internal lenses. A powerful telescope of high quality, it weighs just over 1.2 kgs & measures 29.5" fully extended, 11" closed, the objective glass delivers a bright sharp image of 30x on high and 15x on low. The end caps and associated leatherwork are all in good condition, and the strap cleats are complete, ready to accept a shoulder strap. A really fine condition telescope with a firm draw action, please study the photos as they are part of the description, and I will be happy to answer any questions if I can.
