Amateur Telescope Making Book One - 1980 Amateur Telescope Making Book Two - 1978 Amateur Telescope Making Book Three - 1979 The Rocklin Friends of the Library was established as a California 501c(3) non-profit corporation on November 8th, 1982 after several years of fundraising for a new library. Since our inception, our fundraising and advocacy has helped to procure and renovate Rocklin's library facilities, bolster the County library's collection, and support programming locally. Mission We promote and support the Rocklin Library, the Placer County library system, and encourage community interest in libraries, reading, and lifelong learning.
