1989 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Sewer Scope Periscope in Box Vintage

TMNT Sewer Scope Periscope is pre-owned and comes with the box.  The periscope has some scuffs and the mirror finish inside has marks as well as some light scuffs (see last photos).  It doesn't obstruct the view too much. I tried cleaning it, but it wouldn't come off and may be permanent.  There are no cracks or missing pieces.  The box has some discoloration, creases, and wear.
