1988-1992 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham steering column with

Came out of clean 1989 Brougham. Have not tested it or have keys. The lock is pretty easy to change or else a lock smith can make a key easily. Telescopic tilt may only worth by using the correct steering wheel. I think to make it telescopic you need the wheel ? Comes with most of the connectors from the car side with a few inches of wiring and the bolt for the shft on the power steering column.
Not listing the steering wheel as all cracked up once took the covers off. This should fit Caprice ect as same body ?
